## Scope and accuracy

- A project brief should cover event or venue, date, stand area, open sides, brand objective, required zones and budget range.
- Final project scope follows the organiser's current technical guide and approved project brief.
- VAV Grup's own production capability includes metal and wood fabrication, CNC work, digital printing, laser work and installation scope. The execution model, accountable delivery parties and venue requirements are confirmed per written project proposal.
- Event fit-out, temporary venue branding and guest-flow coordination are secondary service layers. Ticketing integration is only coordinated with a licensed provider selected by the event owner; this site does not sell tickets or process payments.

## Lead handling

The public form is a local preview until a secure CRM endpoint is configured. It does not transmit personal data when no endpoint is set.
