Stand builder for AstanaBuild 2027, Astana

AstanaBuild 2027, the Kazakhstan International Building & Interior Exhibition, is listed for 28–30 April 2027 at the «EXPO» IEC, 53/1 Mangilik El Avenue, Astana (source: official AstanaBuild opening hours). Confirm the build-up days in your exhibitor contract. VAV Grup designs and produces custom stands in Istanbul (İkitelli OSB) and delivers and builds them on site in Kazakhstan. VAV Grup is not the organiser or an official contractor of AstanaBuild.

What to prepare before you brief us

• Hall, stand number and stand type (space-only or shell scheme).
• Stand size (m²), open sides, and the products you will show — building materials and interior samples need storage and display planning.
• The organiser’s 2027 exhibitor manual: build-up dates, design-approval deadline, height limits and electrical orders.

Timeline (counting back from 28 April 2027)

• 10–12 weeks before: brief, 3D concept and budget.
• About 8 weeks before: design package to the organiser, as the manual requires.
• 5–6 weeks before: production and trial assembly in Istanbul.
• 3–4 weeks before: road freight to Astana and customs clearance with the forwarder named in the manual.
• Build-up days: installation by our crew; dismantling after the show.
